We are a family real estate team. My mom and I started selling together in 1995. In recent years, we added my brother, Shawen to our team. He handles the back end and technology aspect of the Donnellan Team. We work together to make sure every transaction runs smoothly from beginning to end and we make sure that our clients become part of our family.
With our combined experience, we have over 50 years of helping our clients buy and sell real estate. We were just babies when we started this career! Our history in the real estate industry has led us to represent builders, investors, and are experts in relocation clients. We have worked with countless major corporations both in Ohio and Kentucky to successfully relocate their new employees and welcome them to the area. We have arranged bus tours for new hires and have helped secure apartments and temporary housing for those unsure of where they wanted to live.
We have sold millions of dollars of real estate over the years and have helped many families settle into their new homes or eased the stress of selling a home. We are not just Realtors, we are your family and friends.
A majority of our business comes from repeat clients or referrals from past clients and we work hard to nurture our relationships with clients. We have superb negotiation skills, are innovative problem solvers, are honest, aggressive and hard working. Our technological skills set us apart from most agents.
